Review on Mark Ramey's article.

To be Honest, I'm glad i read this article because not only was it helpful in terms of my blog but also slightly comical!
In my opening sequence i was contemplating whether to film an indoor (corridor) scene however now i am 100% that is not the right way to go and i now understand why; due its lack of creativity and originality. On my incomplete storyboard i noted a fade out to black, which now that i have red the 'predictable black' from the article i feel i may change to a fade out of another colour that may have more meaning in the context of my opening sequence.
Taking into account that in this article i didn't read anything about superhero ideas it has allowed me to see that i have quite a unique idea that i am going with which should balance out for the obvious horror factor of my film idea.
Reading that the 'substitute exercise' is something that most examiners would like as it in a way 'breaks the rules' is good news! In a way i am doing this in my  project through having a superHERO who thinks he is doing right when in actual fact he is doing the complete opposite.

This article had been helpful and managed to engrave into my mind that Bloopers, hoodys and corridors are bad bad bad news for any media project !
